What is Ballet Pointe? Ballet Pointe refers to the technique and style of a Ballet where a dancer supports all of their body weight on the tips of their toes. Ballet Pointe is most commonly seen in professional Ballet Companies such as the American Ballet Theater! It is recommended that you have extensive or previous training in Ballet Technique before engaging in Ballet Pointe technique to correctly strengthen muscles and prevent injury.
